During the Stresa gathering last May 10-11-12-May, the general meeting of 6c2500 was held, the following items were included in the agenda:
1 Chairman Report  
2 Treasurer's report 
3 Review and approval of the final cash flow statement 
4 Any other business

At 12:10 the assembly opens the outgoing registry coordinator Stefano Centanni is not present due to a problem that occurred to him at the last moment the contact person Italy Emanuele Morteo takes the floor and thanks those present and reads the letter sent by the Chairman in which he thanks everyone for the work done and at the same time resigns.
Treasurer Fabrizio Borghi illustrates the budget which is unanimously approved as well as the final cash flow statement
We then proceed to the renewal of the vacant positions
Chairman elected Emanuele Morteo ( 5 votes in favor 1 abstention)
Contact person Italy Fabrizio Borghi (6 votes in favor)
Treasurer Matteo Giorgetti (6 votes in favor)

Member Volker Seefeldt takes the floor to point out some critical issues about the operation of the English site that will be reported to site manager Daniele Giusti 
It is decided that the gathering of the year 2025 will be held in Germany in September organized by member Volker Seefeldt and on the occasion of the said gathering a Whattsap group reserved for participants will be organized to share information and pictures
