20° Anniversary of our Register 6c 2500. XVIII Raduno 12/14 September 2014

Dear Friends
we are at the end of  2013 a difficult year which we will remember for the global economic crisis and the serious impact it has had in many countries. On the contrary, this was a positive year for our Registry. Our cars, result of technological progress which has always characterized the 'Alfa Romeo and sublime mastery of the many coach builders who have features these masterpieces, are admired everywhere have been exhibited and have received important awards in all venues attended. Our International Raduno 2013 so amazingly organized in the Netherlands by Raoul Sangiorgi ( thanks again Raoul!) was the usual pleasant opportunity to spent happy time with friends.

Our website increasingly visited and  appreciated always demonstrates the buoyant life of the registry featuring the stories and the photos of the experiences and successes of the Members and their beautiful cars. Meetings, rallies, races, exhibitions, competitions all told by protagonists for the pleasure to share with friends, even the most far, their emotions and satisfactions that our cars have to offer. 2014 will be a very important year: it celebrates the twentieth birthday Registry, incorporated in Premenugo Settala (Milano) in the headquarter of the 'Alfa Blue Team in September 1994. the “Twenty years International Raduno” will be organized in Italy between Milan and Piemonte between 12 and 14 September 2014. We will visit the Monferrato to enjoy the wonderful views and rolling hills of the Langhe, well known region for its extraordinary food quality, for the excellence of its wines and for the characteristic presence of the delicious truffles. On the morning of Sunday the 14th we will return to Milan to visit the Corrado Lopresto collection and to celebrate the birthday of the registry in the same place where it was incorporated, ie Alfa Blue Team.An important editorial operation will develop in 2014.
After more than 20 years since the release of famous book of Tito Anselmi, another book  will enrich the 6C 2300/2500 collection. It will be produced by our registrar Stefano Salvetti, and Fabio Morlacchi, expert of cars technique and history as well as a deep knowledge of the Alfa Romeo world. A chapter of the new book will be devoted to our Member's cars. All of you are therefore invited to send to Sterfano Salvetti (stefano.salvetti@6c2500.org) the history of your 6C, particular reference to the meaning that it is for you, accompanied by some pictures by the end of January 2014. Everyone can write in their own language as the authors will translate in Italian and English afterwards. 2014 will be therefore an important year, that we will celebrate together with  the usual enthusiasm, with the wish to share meetings and  with the intention to create a book that celebrates this important anniversary. It will also mark a further testimony to the life of the Registry and the importance of 6C in the history of Alfa and 'car.
