| Dear Friends, 2006 is going away and I think that it has been a positive year for our Register. I remember the nice Raduno in Bellagio with the tribute of our cars to the Founder Nicola Romeo in the occasion of the opening ceremony of his name street in Magreglio and the following very pleasant party at Villa Romeo. A very friendly and quiet General Assembly renewed the Officers and pointed out the programs for the next future. The other very important event in our 2006 has been the creation of the Registro official website. Emanuele Morteo, the new Italian contact person, is working very hardly and with encouraging outcomes to improve the site and its contents. Thank you very much Emanuele. The wish is that the site could be more and more visited by all of us and could become our “common house” where we will talk about cars, we will exchange technical and historical information and so on. But , because the Register life is also founded on real meetings that allow the improvement in relationships and friendships, we will have another beautiful International Raduno in Belgium on June 1-3. Our friend Raoul SanGiorgi is organising it and , as soon as possible, you will receive the preliminary program. You will understand how many fine and important events Raoul is preparing for us. Registro Members have been invited by the organising Committee to be present to the next Milano-Sanremo at preferential terms and to attend the Concours of Elegance that will be hold in Salvarola Terme ( close Modena and with scheduled visit to Ferrari) on March 17-18. Claudio Giorgetti, as usual, will co-ordinate our entries and presences to both the events. So , I hope to see all of you in Belgium in next June and I warmly invite you to visit more and more the website to give your opinions, suggestions and proposals. Always remember that the Register site in your own site! Please, do not forget to charge the annual fee, even to have confirmed the key word for the admittance to the private section of the website.
